These exercises are simplified versions of some of the Yoga asanas (postures). Although not a replacement for a regular Yoga practice, this workshop is designed for individuals who do not have time for any form of exercise including Yoga, or are hesitant to practice Yoga.

Sitting long hours at your desk has several harmful effects including poor posture, shallow breathing, poor circulation, to name a few. If practiced regularly, the exercises included in this workshop will help you to counter these effects. You will learn simple exercises to perform some in the morning, others during the day, and some before going to bed.
