Adriana Sous
Yoga has been an essential part of Adriana's life for over 17 years. Her practice and study of Yoga philosophy have helped her understand her whole existence as a soul, in a deeper, more beautiful way. Yoga helped her grow stronger, more flexible, fearless, balanced and peaceful: on and off the mat. As a young mom of two children, Yoga inspires her to live life to its fullest, which is the main reason she is devoted to sharing this practice. Adriana served many teachers for nine years as an apprentice in Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Iyengar before she completed her 200 hours and 300 hours as a Sampoorna Yoga Teacher, immersed at the Yogi Hari Ashram. Additionally, she completed certification for kids and teenagers with Karma Kids and also completed the MBSR Mindfulness program at the University of Miami. She is a perpetual student of Integral Yoga and aspires to be a lifelong Yoga practitioner! She is deeply grateful for every opportunity that comes her way to share the tools of Yoga that she has been learning from her Teachers and Gurus.
Adriana's classes are conducted from the heart, they are intuitive, and she always considers each group’s needs. She loves to combine creative sequencing for both beginners and advanced practitioners by offering variations, based upon understanding the benefits of each posture while respecting body, mind, and each process. Pranayama is an important part of her instructions with a dose of inspiration to help her students deepen their practice. Her intention is to inspire others to thrive in life discovering their true free selves. By awaking and healing the physical body, listening and calming the mind, and allowing to identify yourself with the soul. She wishes you to shine as your journey through your own path. Her hope is to kindly help, planting seeds of love and compassion to make a better world one breath at a time, one person at a time, one class at a time!
