Alexa Diaz
Alexa started her Yoga journey in 2013 while she was in the Coast Guard to help with scoliosis, migraines, and depression. After her transition from the military to the civilian world, she decided she wanted to make it a part of her lifestyle. Once she realized she had a true passion for it, she did her Yoga Teacher Training at Urban Bliss Yoga School. She loves showing people from all walks life how Yoga can help them and change their lives for the better.
