You will learn the basic techniques of meditation with a goal to establish a daily practice. A regular practice of meditation will help you to manage stress in your daily life.

Prerequisite

It is recommended to participate in our regular Hatha Yoga classes, followed by the Pranayama Course and subsequent pranayama classes before attending this course.
