Most of us spend our days staring at computer screens all day and then watching TV at night. Now we have 3D movies and TV (goodness!).
Here are the benefits when performed regularly:
- Strengthens the eye muscles.
- Stimulates the nerve centers.
- Has a soothing effect on the cranial nerves and helps improve concentration.
- The olfactory and optic nerves are stimulated, which in turn causes the autonomic and central nervous systems to be awakened.

You will learn some simple exercises to keep your eyes healthy. Performing these exercises regularly will keep your eye muscles strong as well as keep your eyes lubricated. Most people should be able to memorize the exercises in the very first session. You will also receive a handout with instructions, which you can follow on your own.
CAUTION: The eye exercises may not be practiced if you have glaucoma, detached retina, or have had recent eye surgery. As always, if you're not sure, please check with your physician before participating in the workshop.
